Joshua Donovick is an attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters. Before practicing law, he worked as an elementary school teacher, where he developed a deep commitment to advocacy and guidance. His practice focuses on estate planning, in particular elder and special needs planning, as well as probate, trust administration, estate litigation, Social Security Disability, and Medicaid matters. Josh is committed to making his practice impactful, accessible, and results-driven.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and appreciates the outdoors, food, chess, and music.

Elizabeth Sanchez is the Legal Assistant at Skylands Legal.
After an earlier career as an educator and after raising her three wonderful daughters, Elizabeth was ready for a new challenge. Discovering her calling in the law, she became a Paralegal.
Her journey into the specialized field of Elder Law was motivated by a personal connection and her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults and their loved ones.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys screenwriting, reading, and relaxing, ideally with her two cats purring on her lap.

Drawn to the legal field by a desire to help others, Gabriella found her purpose assisting the team at Skylands Legal. After obtaining her Associate’s degree, she discovered a fascination with Elder Law and Estate Planning. Gabriella is currently enrolled at Purdue Global as an aspiring Paralegal, where she is gaining the skills and knowledge needed to further assist the Skylands Legal team in their mission.
In her personal time, Gabriella enjoys quiet moments, spending time with loved ones, and trying new cuisines.
